Description This command performs an IL/PDL reference measurement.

Parameters Byval Boolean FireEvent
Response None
Possible error ErrInitBefore, ErrCalWrBefore, InProgress, ErrAcqType,
ErrAcqStopped, ErrScanRange, ErrOptimizeBefore,
